Ballet Inspired Attire
I think I’m suffering a mild case of PTSD after seeing Black Swan. Show me a water logged ghost girl climbing foot over head out of a well (just saw The Ring again) and I’m, well, scared but still able to sleep. But [SPOILER ALERT] a paranoid schizophrenic ballerina? That little chick is what nightmares are made of.
That being said, Natalie Portman’s “Nina” may be a nightmare, but she looks like a dream. Here are some dance inspired looks for all you little princesses.
Tangerine, with her lips aflame
Blame the gorgeous Spring-like weekend we had here in Atlanta, but I’m ready to shed my cold weather gear in favor of lighter, more colorful ensembles. I’m particularly drawn to all things tangerine; the color and the word leave such a sweet, fresh taste in my mouth. Unfortunately, our weather report is calling for a “wintry mix” by next weekend. The only wintry mix I’m looking forward to involves Kahlua and coffee.
