OK, so I haven’t been a teen for longer than I care to remember. Is it so wrong that I’m actually enjoying the Teen Choice Awards? Then again, Betty White made an appearance so I’m at least in good company.
As for fashion, I’m happy to see that most of the young stars are just saying no to skank and YES to style. So in honor of Leighton Meester, Selena Gomez, Katy Perry, Lea Michele and Ashley Greene, here are some flirty and fashionable mini dresses that are suitable for grown ups.
