Cool collegiate looks for back to school

Did I look this put together when I was matriculating? It’s all a blur of neon, spandex and scrunchie socks, so my guess is no. Blame it on NYC Prep, but I’m loving the new preppies. Minus Sebastian. And P.C. But the others I really liked. Except for Jessie. And maybe Taylor. Enough hating – this is about fashion!
