Thrifty Trends: Go-Go Gladiators

This summer, gladiators are go-going knee high and they’re all you need to take your look from casual to couture. You either hate them or love them (I’m talking to you, Mary Kate Olsen), but two things are for certain:
1) gladiator sandals command attention
2) they’re daylight robbery
Most are priced around $200 and some, like styles by ETRO and Balenciaga, hover near $1000. Don’t even think about it, ladies.
The look is fresh and fashion-forward, but trends this hot can be quick to burn out. My advice is to wear them now before they saturate the market.
